Welcome to KisanX, a mobile application owned and
operated by Xrone Tech Private Limited. KisanX is
designed as a farming expense tracker, digital note-keeping tool, and
AI-powered farming assistant to help Indian farmers and their families
make smarter agricultural decisions.
By downloading, installing, or using KisanX, you agree to the
collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully
transparent about how your data is used.
Authentication Data: We collect your
phone number for OTP verification. If you sign
in via Google, we collect your name, email address,
and Google profile photo URL.
Profile Information: Full name, email address,
phone number, and regional details including State, District,
Sub-District, and Village.
User-Generated Content: Farming expense records,
crop notes, planting/harvesting dates, pesticide records, and
farm/crop photos you upload.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Location Data: With your permission, we collect
your approximate or precise location to provide local weather
updates, crop recommendations, and market pricing insights.
Device Information: Device model, Android OS
version, and unique device identifiers for performance monitoring.
Usage Data: How you interact with app features,
collected via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the app.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect or store credit card, debit
card, UPI, or any banking information on our servers.
We do NOT access your phone contacts or call
logs.
We do NOT collect background location without
your explicit consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
Account & Sync: To authenticate your identity
and sync your farming records across devices.
AI Farming Insights: To provide personalized
advice using Google Gemini AI based on your notes and location
data.
App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and
fix bugs to make KisanX better.
Subscription Management: To manage your
KisanX Premium subscription through Google Play Billing.

6. KisanX Premium Subscription and Billing
Free Trial: New users enjoy a
3-Month Free Trial of KisanX Premium at
no cost.
Subscription Price: After the free trial,
KisanX Premium is ₹199 per month,
auto-renewing monthly.
Payment Processing: All payments are handled
exclusively and securely by Google Play Billing.
Xrone Tech Private Limited does NOT collect,
store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers,
debit card numbers, UPI IDs, bank account details, or any
other financial information.
Managing Subscription: You can view, pause,
or cancel your subscription at any time via
Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
Free Trial Cancellation: You may cancel
during the free trial period and will not be charged.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by
Google Play as per their
Refund Policy.
7. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored securely on
Google Firebase Global Infrastructure.
Data in transit is protected using
TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption.
Data at rest is encrypted using
AES-256 encryption.
We implement Firebase Security Rules to
prevent unauthorized access to your data.
Your data may be stored on Google servers located outside
India as part of Google's global infrastructure. We ensure
all data handling meets applicable Indian standards.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users
as required by Indian law.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account
is active.
If you request account deletion, all personal data will be
permanently deleted within 7 days.
Transaction and financial records may be retained for up to
7 years as required under Indian financial
and tax laws.
Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained
longer for app improvement purposes.
9. How to Delete Your Account and Data
You have the right to request complete deletion
of your KisanX account and all associated personal data at
any time. This process is free of charge.
Step 2: Use the subject line exactly:
"Account Deletion Request - KisanX"
Step 3: Include in your email:
Your registered phone number or email address
Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
Step 4: We will verify your identity and
send a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Step 5: Your account and all data will be
permanently deleted within 7 days of
verification.
What data will be deleted:
Your account profile (name, phone number, email,
location details)
All farming expense records you created
All notes and crop records
All photos and files uploaded to your account
Your app preferences and settings
Important: If you have an active
KisanX Premium subscription, please
cancel it via Google Play Store first
before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account
does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription,
and you may continue to be charged.
Note: Deleted data
cannot be recovered after deletion is
complete. Financial transaction records required by Indian
law may be retained in anonymized form for up to 7 years.
10. Children's Privacy
KisanX is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has
provided personal information without parental consent, we will
delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their
child has provided data should contact us at
support@xronetech.com.
11. Your Rights Under Indian Law (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act,
2023, you have the following rights:
Right to Access: Request a copy of the
personal data we hold about you.
Right to Correction: Request correction
of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Deletion: Request permanent
deletion of your data (see Section 9).
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your
consent for data processing at any time.
Right to Grievance Redressal: Contact our
support team if you believe your data rights are being
violated.

Continued use of KisanX after changes are posted means you
accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this

13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of
India. Any disputes arising from this policy
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Nashik
.
We will make every effort to resolve privacy concerns amicably
